Defending networks.
Building infrastructure.

I'm an IT professional with a dual focus in cybersecurity analysis and network administration, grounded in six years of day-to-day enterprise support at Mission CISD; one of the largest school districts in South Texas.

That environment demands real compliance rigor (FERPA, TEA), fast triage under operational pressure, and the ability to communicate clearly across every level of an organization. I brought that discipline into my home lab, where I've built out vulnerability assessment environments, SIEM pipelines, and segmented network architectures from scratch.

That same rigor carries into my AI development work. I've shipped three full-stack apps end-to-end, from schema design through production deployment, using an AI-assisted workflow built on Claude Code, MCP orchestration, and structured planning. The apps run live on Vercel with Supabase backends, real users, and the same operational discipline I apply to network and security work.

I'm fluent in English and Spanish, based in South Texas, and available now for full-time or contract roles — open to remote. The transition from enterprise IT into AI and security engineering is done; this is the work I'm doing.

Security-first mindset Threat detection, vulnerability assessment, FERPA/TEA compliance
Network architecture & design VLANs, inter-VLAN routing, firewall policy, VPN tunnels
Bilingual communicator English & Spanish - technical clarity for any audience

How I work.

Spec & Planning
I run a structured discovery process before writing a line of code. GSD, (a meta-prompting, spec-driven development system), generates a PROJECT.md, REQUIREMENTS.md, ROADMAP.md, and per-phase CONTEXT.md that serve as persistent memory across sessions. Parallel research agents surface decisions early; atomic git commits keep every step reversible.
Build
Claude Code drives implementation from VS Code's integrated terminal, working through the plan artifacts produced in Spec & Planning. MCP orchestration connects Supabase MCP, Gemini MCP, and Claude-native tools so the agent has live schema access and cross-model research without leaving the terminal. Context never drifts between sessions because the STATE.md and ROADMAP.md carry the full execution position.
Quality Gate
Before anything ships, I run an Impeccable audit. This 23-command design intelligence system checks five quality dimensions and produces findings with severity ratings. Individual commands resolve each finding. Nothing reaches production until the gate clears.

Attendance & Purchasing - IT Liaison

  • Safeguard sensitive student records in strict compliance with TEA and FERPA data privacy requirements, applying regulatory frameworks hands-on at scale.
  • Manage the full procurement lifecycle for department technology assets (purchase orders, requisitions, and hardware/software inventory records).
  • Primary on-site technical resource for 10+ front office staff: workstation deployment, hardware troubleshooting, and peripheral configuration.
  • Diagnose and resolve Tier 1 network connectivity and software issues under operational pressure during enrollment and high-stakes testing periods.

Bilingual Billing & Tech Support

  • Provided remote technical support for residential internet and VOIP services, diagnosing physical layer issues, modem/router configuration failures, and network connectivity problems.
  • Applied root-cause analysis to triage complex service interruptions, correctly differentiating billing-related from technical issues.
  • Delivered clear technical solutions to non-technical customers in English and Spanish, improving first-call resolution and satisfaction metrics.

Ready to contribute.
Let's connect.

I'm actively seeking a cybersecurity analyst or network administrator role. I am also available for contract opportunities in custom app development. An additional service I offer is AI integration consulting for businesses looking to leverage AI in their workflows but unsure where to start. If you have an opportunity that aligns with my skills and experience, or if you'd just like to chat about potential collaborations, please don't hesitate to reach out.
